Shipping policy
Order Processing & Fulfillment
All orders are processed and fulfilled through our third-party manufacturing and shipping partners. Because our products are made-to-order, items are shipped immediately following their creation. We aim to have your products created and ready for dispatch within one to three (1–3) business days.
Please note that during periods of high demand, processing and creation times may be extended. We appreciate your patience and will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your needs and minimize delays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Timelines
We offer standard shipping options based on your order total:
- Standard Shipping: Costs a flat rate of $8.00 and typically takes three to seven (3–7) business days from the date of dispatch.
- Free Shipping: Orders with a subtotal exceeding $70.00 qualify for free standard shipping.
Note: Delivery windows are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed.
International Shipping, Duties, and Taxes
We offer international shipping to select destinations. For all international orders, customers are solely responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, customs fees, or brokerage fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in our shipping rates and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
Customer Support & Damaged Shipments
Please monitor your tracking information closely. You should contact our customer support team immediately at UCantMakeThisShyteUp@outlook.com under the following circumstances:
- Tracking Stagnation: If your tracking information has not updated for more than two (2) consecutive days.
- Damaged Goods: If your package or product arrives damaged. Please include your order number and photos of the damage in your email so we can assist you promptly.
